We are planning a weekend of encouragement and pampering for all who attend!

We need YOU to get your name and registration and $20 deposit in as soon as possible. You may call Marie (865-771-8918, cell) to let us get your name on the bed list. We are filling up Bear Lodge!

Please bring: Personal clothing and grooming needs, favorite board game, bathing suit, Bible and favorite book or music CD. Please bring along some suggested retreat dates from your area for 2010.

Recipe of the Season:

Panera's Cream Cheese Potato Soup

4 cups Chicken broth

4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed

1/4 cup onion

1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

1(8 oz) package cream cheese cut into chunks

Directions: Combine broth, potatoes, onion, and spices. Boil on medium heat until potatoes are tender. Smash a few of the potatoes to release their starch for thickening. Reduce to low heat. Add cream cheese. Heat, stirring frequently,

until cheese melts.

Clean out Closets & Under the Beds

Set your timer for 15 minutes daily and only pull out what you can go through in that amount of time.

Gather 2 boxes or plastic bags. Mark one with the word "TOSS" and the other with the words "GIVE AWAY".

Pick up each item and ask yourself these questions:

Do I need this?

Do I love this?

Do I use this?

Does this belong here?

You will do one of three things with each item:

Put it in the "TOSS" box or bag

Put it in the "GIVE AWAY" box or bag

Put it away in its proper place
